As a Captain in the Florida Army National Guard, Bryan has proudly served for nearly a decade. His record includes commendations for leadership, humanitarian service, and volunteerism. He brings the same discipline, courage, and duty to the State Capitol that he lives by in service to his country.

Recognized by the American Conservative Union as the Most Conservative Member of the Legislature in 2024, Bryan Avila has a proven record of fiscal responsibility, family values, and government accountability. He continues to fight for lower taxes, safer communities, and a stronger Florida.

ABOUT BRYAN

Bryan Avila is an America-First Conservative Republican who currently serves in the Florida Senate, representing the 39th District. He is also a Captain in the Florida Army National Guard, where he has served for nine years. Avila previously served in the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 111th District—which includes parts of Miami and Hialeah—from 2014 to 2022. In recognition of his conservative record, the American Conservative Union named him the Most Conservative Member of the Legislature in 2024.

Renowned as a conservative stalwart, Avila has championed fiscally responsible and pro-family policies, safeguarding taxpayer interests, prioritizing government efficiency, and defending the social fabric of Florida families.

Born in Hialeah, Avila graduated from Miami Springs High School and earned degrees from Miami Dade College, the University of Miami, and Florida International University. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Cindy Gil-Avila, and they have two children, Olivia and Brandon.
